Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

14-day refund, no questions asked. If Terminox Pro isn't for you, ask within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. You don't have to explain why.

Free trial first

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during it, so if you cancel before the trial ends there is no payment and nothing to refund. The 14-day window below runs from the date of your first actual charge.

How to request a refund

Either route works:

Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Paddle typically completes this within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing portal link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us. When you cancel:

After the 14 days

Beyond the 14-day window we don't routinely refund part-used periods — you simply cancel and keep access until the period ends. That said, if something went genuinely wrong (you were charged twice, a renewal you'd already cancelled went through, or the service was unusable for you), email us and we will put it right.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions carry the same 14-day refund from the date of the charge, including on a renewal. We send a reminder before an annual plan renews so a renewal never comes as a surprise.

Free tier

The Free tier costs nothing and never expires, so there is nothing to refund. You can download and use Terminox without paying, and without an account.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you also have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. This policy is intended to meet or exceed that right, and nothing here limits it. Consumer rights in your country of residence continue to apply.
