Free trial
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You enter payment details up front, nothing is charged during the trial, and billing only begins when it ends. Cancel any time before then and you are never charged.
Billing & tax
Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and include any VAT or sales tax due in your country — the amount you see is the amount you pay, with no tax added at checkout. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record; Paddle calculates the tax portion and shows it on the invoice it issues you.
Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every 12 months. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund, no questions asked. See the refund policy for how to request one.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is taken away from your machine. Terminox is local-first: your hosts, keys and settings live in an encrypted vault on your own device, and the app keeps working on the Free tier. Only cloud sync between devices stops.
